Diamond Brush Anti Slip Treatment
is an Environmentally Friendly System that uses Diamond impregnated brushes and water to cut and achieve desired slip resistance when wet to:
- Vitrified Ceramic Tiles
- Polished Porcelain Tiles
- Exposed Aggregate
- Granite
- Pebblecrete
- Polished Concrete
- Terracotta
- Urban Stone
- Most Masonry Surfaces.
Complies With:
AS/NZS 4586:2004 Australian Slip Standards & Duty of Care Legislation, to attain the desires slip resistance
Grit Sizes:
- 120 Grit, will achieve up to a “X” Rating .35-.44 BPN when wet. (Bathrooms & internal Wet Areas)
- 70 Grit, will achieve up to a “W” Rating .45-.54 BPN when wet. (External Colonnades when Wet)
- 30 Grit, will achieve up to a “V” Rating .54 -.70 BPN when wet. (External Ramps when Wet)
Advantages:
No dangerous chemicals or solvents used in this process, only water, low noise level low speed scrubber used in process, fast results, cleans ingrained grime from surface. No damage caused to edges of tiles from unevenly laid tiles/pavers as brushes ride over the edge as opposed to resin or allow diamonds that crack, chip or shatter tiles.
